Release what no longer serves you.
Bring to mind the fairy queen in disguise as an old withered woman who will bestow a gift on those who take her in or give her food in spite of her appearance? After experiencing kindness, she flings back the hood of her cloak and removes herself as the magical queen she is. This is Dhumvati. She is a reminder that often, once we lift the cloak of darkness, there is a brilliant light underneath.
Our "cloak" can take the form of physical or emotional clutter. Habits, thought patterns, debt, extra weight, grudges, or piles of unused items in our closets. What lies beneath your clutter?
In this class we'll spend time exploring what clutter you're holding on to and we'll discover ways to help you embark on the journey to letting it go.
